About Choice Construction
The right choice begins with a straightforward conversation.
Choice Construction is a locally owned and operated company serving the greater St. Louis area with residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutters, storm-damage work, and property inspections.
Our story
Property owners often call a contractor at a moment of uncertainty. A roof may be leaking. A storm may have passed through. A real estate deadline may be approaching. A commercial or community property may need a plan that several people can review.
Choice Construction exists to make that next step easier to understand.
We inspect the property, explain what we find, provide honest recommendations, and define the proposed work clearly. If a project moves forward, we guide the customer through the scope, materials, scheduling, construction, cleanup, and final documentation.
Make the right choice.
What we focus on
- Proper Work
- We focus on quality materials, proper installation, and the roofing and exterior details that help the system work together.
- Clear Recommendations
- We explain whether repair, replacement, or another defined next step should be considered based on the visible conditions.
- Good Communication
- Customers should understand what was found, what is proposed, what happens next, and how questions will be handled.
- A Simpler Process
- From first contact through final paperwork, we work to keep decisions and project stages organized.
